Not at all. Our beginner-friendly classes guide you through the fundamentals of postures, breathing, and alignment, so you feel confident from day one.

You'll receive a secure Zoom link for live classes. Join from your computer, tablet, or phone. We recommend a quiet space, yoga mat, and comfortable clothing.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. If you don't have a mat, we can provide one. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows free movement.

Please consult your doctor first. Inform our instructors of any injuries so they can offer safe modifications for your practice.
